Unfortunately this is the second time in recent years that we have had to call on Ian Wilde's services. They have been impeccable both times, giving us an exemplary, respectful and fuss free service. We are also very grateful for their recommendation of David Scholes who officiated at the Crematorium and also helped us through a very difficult time. Thank you so much Lucy and the team at Ian Wilde for your caring and compassionate service these last few weeks. This is the third family member who has been cared for by Wildes and we cannot fault them for their impeccable professionalism which they carry out with such warmth. Nothing is too much trouble and from the moment we contact them we know we can rely on them totally to take over and make the hardest time a little easier. It was our dear mum's funeral this week and we feel that they now know us as a family having dealt with our dad and our uncle recently. My brother and I would like to thank you, Wendy, Ian and your staff for such a wonderful funeral for my father, Barry Taylor. From the outset the team at Ian Wilde, led by Wendy and Ian, were so lovely and supportive and guided us through the process gently but efficiently; whether this was collecting our father from the home in the early morning hours, our meetings and conversations about the funeral arrangements, creating the Order of Service booklet or ordering flowers. All undertaken very professionally and with kindness and compassion. On the day itself, the funeral was conducted with such dignity and poise; we were all made to feel very comfortable in emotionally difficult circumstances.
