When our mother recently passed there was never any doubt as to who we would ask to take care of her and the funeral arrangements. We had complete trust in Ian, Wendy and the team that everything would be handled in a professional and compassionate manner. At a time when life seems so overwhelming, at no stage did the family feel pressured into making decisions but listened to with patience and understanding given such sad circumstances. Suggestions were made to help the family in a sensitive and delicate way.
