We used Ian Wilde to organise my father's funeral. He as church warden of st. Leonard's church has always rated Ian the best. We found the service and especially Kirsty kind and sympathetic. Exceptional service from Ian, Wendy, Kirsty, Lucy and the team. Our father passed away beginning of September, William Edward Smith (Ted), mum had a funeral plan in place for herself and Dad with Ian Wilde. My brother and I met with Kirsty as we didn’t know where to start and she was fabulous, she helped us through every step of the process, her empathy and guidance was a blessing, she organised the death certificate and all the paperwork needed to move forward to avoid any delays for the funeral. Ian, Wendy and Lucy were very professional and respectful and fulfilled our wishes throughout. Andrew was our celebrant and did a fabulous tribute to celebrate Dad’s life.
