We wished to pass on our thanks as the arrangements leading up to the funeral and the service went smoothly and we were all so pleased to be able to respectfully walk behind the Hearse to the church. From that first phone call with Ian, I knew that we would be in safe hands as we organised our dad's funeral. Ian, Wendy and the whole team gently guided and supported us through a very difficult time, turning every wish or suggestion into reality. We also appreciated their patience at a time when making the simplest decision was something that was so difficult. Their attention to every little detail meant that we had time for each other as a family, and for that we will always be so grateful.

I can't even begin to describe the way I feel. You did everything so perfect for my dad, I will never forget the amazing job you have done, especially when I came to see him, every detail was right, he even had a smile in his eyes and his lips were done in a way that showed off his little smile he did. The day of the funeral went so smoothly and everything went exactly how we wanted it.
