Ian, Wendy we would like to say thank you so much for the service you provided to me and my family when my dad passed earlier in the month. You made such a hard process so much easier, you treated us with love and care at such an emotional time and you ensured all our dads last wishes where met. Myself, my mum and my sister will always be truly thankful for this. It gave us such comfort that dad was in your care with the respect you showed him on all our visits and on the day of his funeral. Jo was amazing in dealing with all our requests and meeting us on our visits, as was John who drove us on the day of the funeral and ensured we where all okay. From the first phone call to the end of the funeral service, we were treated with kindness and respect and given guidance for each step of the process. We have always used Wildes as our family funeral director's & we cannot praise them high enough. They recently took care of my late father-in-law. Ian, Wendy & all their lovely staff went above & beyond with their professionalism, care & compassion which they showed towards my father-in-law & ourselves, the little extra touches when settling a loved one in their care is absolutley magnificent.
