Dear Ian and Wendy, I am writing this message to let you know how much we appreciated the work you put into the funeral of my sister. I am aged 67 years now so have been to many funerals during my lifetime. But the funeral of Mary was absolutely wonderful. It was thoughtful and meaningful, and prayerful. Pat was lovely speaking from the scriptures. Ian and Wendy deserve much credit for their expertise and kindness. We all felt very comfortable throughout. There were 10 guests and each one of us felt proud and relieved to have taken part in a most lovely service. The floral arrangement was magnificent and is still fresh today. After this amazing experience we retreated to the Laurels where everyone agreed what an up – lifting experience we had. Thank you again Ian and Wendy.

Dear Ian and Wendy Your kindness and understanding in what was a traumatic time for us, was so helpful. You went far and beyond your role to ensure our day for our son Luke was perfect. Anytime day or night you were there for us. We cannot thank you enough as Luke’s final journey was special and it was all down to yourselves. Ian Wilde Independent Funeral Directors have given us so much peace, as all your staff were so polite and understanding. Martin, your funeral operative, whose understanding and help gave us strength. All of the staff made our final time with our little boy so much easier as we knew you would take care of everything. We cannot thank you enough.

I'd like to personally thank you on behalf of me and my family for care and attention that you and your staff have shown whilst dealing with the arrangements for Bob's funeral. We wished to pass on our thanks as the arrangements leading up to the funeral and the service went smoothly and we were all so pleased to be able to respectfully walk behind the Hearse to the church. You were all most helpful for any queries and dealt with any matters in a professional, sympathetic and respectful manner which made all the difference in the way that my family and I were dealt with.
