They did a top class job and very discreetly and respectfully showed us what to do throughout the proceedings. Your help from start to finish with my brothers funeral was perfect, nothing was too much trouble, and even helped with some of our strange requests. It must have been difficult for you too Kirsty having Known Rob through his time in the hospice, but you have made this difficult time even more personal. We have been here 3 times now, my Dad and my mother in law, also had the best treatment, and i remember me and my Dad meeting with Ian back in 2015 to arrange his funeral not knowing it would be sooner than later.
