I would just like to say when at the end before leaving when you all bowed your heads in respect. Dear Ian, Wendy & Lucy. I just wanted to thank you and your team for helping to give my wife, Jude, the tribute she deserved and for the support you have offered me throughout. These occasions are never easy to get through and the complication of covid and the restrictions it has placed on our lives just adds additional worry on top of everything else. You explained everything that could be done, suggesting alternate venues that would be more suitable for the people who could attend and arrangements for those that couldn't. Your choice of speaker for my wife was absolutely perfect for the occasion, such a warm and approachable man who really brought out the person me and the people who knew her, knew her to be. Your suggestions, some of which I would never have thought of, really helped make the day special for my wife which is what I wanted the most and I am eternally grateful to you all. Sadly, we have used your services a few times in recent years and, with respect, I hope we won't require your services again for a long time but, should the need arise, I know you would provide a first class, professional service and more importantly, tailored to the person we are celebrating and those left behind. Everyone has commented on how lovely the service was and I'm sure my wife would have been touched and equally grateful at the thought that was put into her service.
